Malcolm is founder and principal consultant. He is a CPA, Chartered Company Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and experienced senior leader.

With a broad array of skills and technical competencies, Malcolm engages in effective strategic management consulting, and drives best practice corporate governance, compliance, accounting and systems.

Malcolm provides strategic input and mentoring to Company Directors, CEOs and senior management teams, and has provided contracted and consulting services to large organisations in support of highly complex and difficult projects and negotiations.

Malcolm has extensive experience in management, technology, corporate governance and accounting from a career focussed on people and organisations challenged by high growth or change. He has held complete responsibility for financial controlling and compliance, audit, taxation, IT systems and human resources reporting and strategic input to the highest levels of organisations.

This experience has been gained in responsible and challenging roles within organisations varying widely in size and complexity, ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups through to large government departments and multinational corporations.

Specific industry experience; finance and investment, information technology, telecommunications, R&D, early stage investment, defence & aerospace, start-ups, heavy construction materials, family office and state government (treasury, agriculture and fisheries).
